Fair Partner
At your side at Italian trade fairs
Before the fair: brochure and price list in Italian, meetings booked with Italian buyers. During: interpreting at your stand. After: an Italian follow-up email to every lead.
Bologna · Consulting and interpreting for Turkish companies and students
Language, bureaucracy and local know-how. From Bologna, I guide Turkish companies doing business in Italy and Turkish families whose children want to study here. You focus on your business or your studies; I handle the rest.
“Fuarda tanıştığımız İtalyan distribütöre teklifimizi iletir misiniz? Ödeme vadesini de konuşalım.”
“Gentile dott. Rossi, a seguito del nostro incontro al Cersaie, Le inviamo la nostra offerta. Saremmo lieti di concordare insieme i termini di pagamento.”
What you'll run into in Italy
Each of these means a form, an office or a waiting time. I take care of them for you.

I coordinate the whole process with the accountant and notary: codice fiscale, VAT registration or fiscal representative, PEC, e-invoicing and a bank account.

I explain every step in Turkish, from the application to the first week. Agencies in Turkey stop at the visa; I'm still here when your child lands in Bologna. I studied at the University of Bologna myself.
Program, teaching language (English or Italian), public or private, costs and entrance tests.
University applications and the Universitaly pre-enrolment required for non-EU students.

The ER.GO scholarship in Emilia-Romagna, with income documents from Turkey, translated and legalized.
A full check of the visa file before the appointment at the visa center.
Codice fiscale, the permesso di soggiorno request within 8 working days, bank, phone line and the housing search.

I take no commissions from universities, so I recommend the school that really fits. Admission, scholarship and visa decisions belong to universities and consulates. I don't promise outcomes, but I leave no step to chance.
The other direction: from Italy to Turkey
Italian manufacturers look for distributors, suppliers and partners in Turkey. I find the right Turkish companies, make the first contact in Turkish and manage the talks. Turkey has about 85 million consumers and a customs union with the EU for industrial goods.
Partner Search
A shortlist of Turkish distributors, suppliers or agents that fit your needs, first contact in Turkish, and video meetings with interpreting.
Trip to Turkey
I join your meetings in Istanbul, İzmir or at Turkish trade fairs (e.g. Unicera, Automechanika Istanbul), interpreting and supporting the negotiation.
Success Fee
Optional: a fixed fee, agreed in advance, for each signed partnership agreement. No ongoing commissions on sales.
Fair calendar
I work on site at fairs in Bologna, Verona and Rimini. Write 2–3 months before the fair so we have time to prepare.
How it works
In a 30-minute video call we talk about what you want to do in Italy and where you're stuck.
Within 2 working days you get a written, fixed-price proposal. No surprise costs.
I report every step in Turkish or English. Everything on the Italian side is on me.
About
I was born in Turkey, have lived in Italy for more than 10 years, and I'm an Italian citizen. I know how business works in both countries from the inside.
For years I worked as a simultaneous interpreter between Turkish, Italian and English at trade fairs and business meetings, and I worked at the last two editions of Autopromotec (2023 and 2025) and with Turkish exhibitors at Cersaie 2026. My economics background and years running our family business mean I know a company's daily problems up close.
